How your message is handled

Contact form messages are sent securely to us using FormSubmit.co, a third-party form delivery service. FormSubmit processes your message on our behalf and forwards it to our email address. FormSubmit may use a captcha check to reduce spam.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep information

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond, follow up on your enquiry and maintain a reasonable business record. If you would like us to delete your details, contact us and we will do so unless we are required to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and object to certain uses of your data. To exercise these rights, email web@secureagain.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your data has been handled.
